Applicants who fulfil our hiring criteria are assessed using numerical, technical and logical reasoning tests as well as focused soft skill testing at our assessment centres.
All applicants are interviewed both on the phone and in person by our Talent Team department as well as senior members of our team in one on one, face to face interviews.
